This is a comprehensive Call Management system that enables the user to have complete history and subsequent analysis of calls outgoing (and incoming with ISDN).
Currently we are able to log calls from the Siemens, Hicom, Nitsuko, Meridian, Plessey, Samsung, Index, Mitel and Panasonic systems. Others can be added within 24 hours of receipt of sample text output.
The package is quick to learn, easy to use and reasonably priced, making the software available to all levels of business.
The screen has very simply labelled buttons guiding the user through the basic reporting and billing menus. Configuration is very simple and takes only minutes; likewise updating specifications can be done at anytime due to the fact that the main data file is kept separate from the CTLS Software. You can then choose to re-import all data to the new settings if required.
Reporting is the primary function of the Call Logger. It gives the user helpful information to control & cut costs, detect call abuse, analyse line usage, allocate costs to groups where relevant, and the ability to analyse traffic by groups, sub groups and extensions. Details of incoming calls include delay in answer, talk-time, and non-answered calls. As this is our software, we also can add features as required.
If users request specific reports that they feel the system does not supply then we will add them to the system.
Further, all data can be easily exported to a spreadsheet like Excel, where any reasonably experienced user can manipulate the data immediately to suit their own needs.
The user can produce bills for specific extensions and groups charging a rate that they can choose. This has proved extremely useful for environments like serviced offices and other "shared" sites.

We can only support our products outside the UK if you have an DSL Internet Connection and then we are able to use PCAnywhere using TCP/IP addresses.
Clients may change the level of maintenance for each year when they are due for renewal. The maintenance pricing includes annual use of the software, software upgrades and the relevant level of support. Clients, who do not wish to take out a maintenance cover, are liable for a £100.00 surcharge if at a future date they wish to take out cover. PC Anywhere will be supplied if maintenance is required.
If no maintenance is taken the upgrades can be purchased, pricing will be provided on application.

This covers phone support and us dialling in using PCAnywhere to fix any problems should they occur.
The Call Logger is very simple to install and set up, therefore Clients can install this software with the greatest of ease.
The Call Logger is very simple to use and gain reports from, so little training is required; the Help screens are usually enough help to learn what everything does.
PCAnywhere is supplied with our software, and we can also show you how to use the features remotely.
PcAnywhere must be installed by the Client, and configured to allow host connections. If a password is allotted then DPB Solutions Ltd will need to be notified in order to dial in.
The Client should ensure when installing PCAnywhere on the computer that there is modem access to an extension or analogue, giving direct line access for dialling in; we cannot dial in through the switchboard.

We suggest that the Clients bar 1471 calls from the phone systems as the logger cannot record costs for any 14713 calls. The logger will acknowledge that 1471 was dialled.
The logger will not account for any calls that are longer than 24 hrs in duration, however the Client can view the call in the logger.txt file.
The Logger is based on BT call pricing, and we will update these costs periodically. We cannot guarantee to update all carrier costs.
